CSS Appoints Gene Portela as President & CEO

Corporate Service Supply & Manufacturing (CSS), Bohemia, N.Y, appointed Eugene Portela CEO. He most recently served as FBO Manager for ExcelAire. Portela, who brings more than 18 years of business aviation experience to CSS is also the current President of the Long Island Business Aviation Association.
